Quietworkk Studio (“Quietworkk”, “we”) is a Halifax, Nova Scotia based studio. This policy explains what we collect when you use quietworkk.com and how we handle it. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

  • What you submit in our contact form: your name, business, trade, phone, email, and message.
  • Demo input: if you try the live demo, the text you type is sent to our AI provider to generate a sample reply. We do not store it as a lead.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (aggregate page views and visits) via Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, set up the services you ask for, and improve the site. That’s it.

Who processes it (sub-processors)

We use trusted providers to run the site and respond to you. Some process data outside Canada (e.g. in the United States):

  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI text drafting
  • Resend — sending email notifications
  • Telegram — owner alert notifications

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We aim to align with Canada’s PIPEDA and will provide a data-processing agreement on request.

What we don’t do

We never sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything other than what’s described here.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you’ve shared at any time — just email vatsal.solanki45@gmail.com.
