One person, two ways to get the work done
Quietworkk AI is the platform: it builds your website, answers your enquiries and runs your automations, and you manage it yourself, from anywhere. Quietworkk Studio is the same work built by hand, quoted per project. One codebase, one set of rules, two ways in.
Built and run by one person, in Halifax, Nova Scotia — not a team. That is the reason every claim below names the thing that enforces it: a small company you have never heard of has no brand to borrow trust from, and should not ask you to.
What is actually built, and what enforces it
Each of these is a rule in the software rather than an intention. Naming the mechanism is what lets you judge whether it would hold.
Colour on a generated site is checked against the surface it is painted on
Every palette the AI chooses runs through a contrast guard before it reaches the page, and the test suite re-checks hundreds of randomly generated palettes on every run — body copy, headings, captions, the accent, and the hero, each against the exact band it renders on rather than the one it was derived for.
The AI will not quote a price or promise a time
Hard rules in the reply engine, exercised against adversarial messages 30 times per rule on every audit run — because a rule that holds 29 times out of 30 is not a rule.
Your customer is told they are talking to an AI, before they type
The notice sits above the send button on every published site, not in a disclaimer afterwards. The reply itself also says an AI wrote it and that a person will confirm details.
An opt-out cannot be forgotten by a new feature
The suppression check runs inside the send function, not at the call sites, so no business-initiated text can reach a carrier without passing it. Replies to a message the customer just sent are answered in that thread, and the STOP confirmation itself is one the carriers require us to send. Opt-out records also survive the deletion of the account that created them — the database detaches them instead of cascading.
You can delete everything yourself, immediately
Account deletion runs from Settings and takes effect at once, rather than a support ticket and a thirty-day window. What is kept, and why, is listed in the privacy policy.
Your data is never sold, and never used to train AI models
Stated in the privacy policy, which also names every processor and what each one handles, including the ones that hold data outside Canada.
What we will not claim
This is the more useful list. Anything a vendor asserts without evidence, you would find out about at the worst possible moment, so here is everything this product is careful never to say.
- No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any other certification. None has been assessed, so there is nothing to display.
- No GDPR or CCPA compliance claim. Neither has been assessed. What is true — named sub-processors, cross-border processing disclosed, no sale of data, no model training, deletion on request — is set out in the privacy policy instead.
- No uptime percentage. Nothing here measures it yet, and a number nobody measures is decoration.
- No customer counts, logos or testimonials. The example sites are labelled as generated demonstrations and are kept out of search results for that reason.
- Nothing phone-based is sold as working. Answering calls and texting customers need a registered number under A2P 10DLC, and until that clears they cannot be bought or switched on. Website and form enquiries are answered today; calls are not.
Common questions
- Who is behind Quietworkk?
- Quietworkk Studio, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. It is built and run by one person rather than a team, which is why the site names the mechanism behind every claim instead of asking you to trust a brand you have not heard of. Quietworkk AI is the self-serve product Quietworkk Studio publishes; Quietworkk Studio is also the done-for-you tier, where the same work is built by hand.
- What is the difference between Quietworkk AI and Quietworkk Studio?
- They are two ways to get the same work done. Quietworkk AI is the platform: you describe your business, it builds and hosts your website, answers your enquiries and runs your automations, and you manage it yourself. It is available anywhere in the world. Quietworkk Studio is the done-for-you tier: the same website, automations and AI setup, built and configured by hand, quoted per project rather than per month.
- How many customers does Quietworkk have?
- Not enough to be worth quoting, so no number is published and no logos are displayed. The example websites on this site are generated demonstrations, labelled as such, and deliberately kept out of search results rather than presented as clients. When there are real customers willing to be named, they will be named.
- Is Quietworkk certified or audited?
- No. There is no SOC 2 report, no ISO certification, and no third-party audit, because none has been carried out — so none is claimed anywhere on this site. What can be verified is in the code and in the published policies: security headers on every response, row-level access rules on the database, enforced opt-outs, immediate owner-initiated deletion, and a 72-hour breach-notification commitment in section 7 of the Terms.
- Where is Quietworkk based, and who can buy it?
- Quietworkk Studio is in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The self-serve platform is available worldwide and does not depend on where you are. It is in early access right now: you are not charged during it, and billing opens at launch. The done-for-you Studio work is delivered from Halifax. Several of the processors behind the platform hold data outside Canada, principally in the United States; the privacy policy names each one.
The done-for-you tier and what it costs are on Quietworkk Studio; the Canadian consent rules for automated messaging are set out on CASL & PIPEDA. For anything else, email us at hello@quietworkk.com.
