Do you charge extra for emergency calls?
No. Our rates are the same whether you call at 9 am or 2 am. You only pay for the work.
Are you licensed to do gas work?
Yes. All our plumbers are fully qualified and insured for gas installations and maintenance.
What areas of Toronto do you cover?
All of Toronto. No callout fee for anywhere in the city.
How quickly can you come out?
For emergencies (burst pipes, no water, flooding), same day or same night. For non-urgent work, we'll find a time that suits you.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. Regular boiler and system checks help prevent emergencies and keep your plumbing running smoothly.
