“Stillpoint Osteopathy. We treat back and neck pain, sports injuries, and post-natal recovery. Calm and quiet — muted sage green, soft off-white, a gentle readable serif, generous whitespace, very minimal. Build it.”
Everything below — the palette, the typefaces, the section order — came from that paragraph.

Questions we hear
Is osteopathy the same as massage?
No. Osteopathy is a regulated healthcare profession focused on how your whole body moves and functions. We address restrictions in joints, muscles, and connective tissue using hands-on techniques, and we think about the systems—nervous, circulatory, digestive—as part of the picture.
How long does recovery take?
It depends on what you're dealing with. Some people feel better after one or two sessions; others benefit from a course of treatment. We'll be honest about what we see and what's realistic for your situation.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us. If you're seeing another healthcare provider, we're happy to liaise with them.
Is it safe during pregnancy or post-natal?
Yes. We're trained in pregnancy osteopathy and post-natal care. Tell us where you are in that journey, and we'll adjust our approach.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing that lets us assess and treat freely. Avoid very heavy layers.
Ready to feel better?
Book an appointment. We'll listen, move slowly, and help your body find its way back to ease.
